This role entails training and guiding customers in effectively utilizing the service managing a dedicated customer portfolio and actively listening to and addressing customer needs.
Excellent presentation written and verbal communication skills (Proficiency in French along with full proficiency in English (C1 level required) plus if spanish or Italian)
You have a strong customer orientation with a commitment to ensuring longterm customer satisfaction and success.
You demonstrate autonomy and effective collaboration with internal and external teams
Effective listening and learning capacity is mandatory
Ability to work independently and proactively in a very fast changing environment
Demonstrate appetite to understand a situation indepth finding the underlying issue and resolving it
