- Review submissions for technical sufficiency, functional requirements, standards, and procedures conformance, in addition to providing recommendations for improving the plans on multiple criteria
- Coordinate a team of diverse professionals reviewing masterplans, pre-concept, concept asset designs, and Initial Asset Briefs (IABs).
- Organize and ensure the timely, comprehensive review of the submittals by all internal and external reviewers to meet tight schedules.
- Help ensure assets are scoped to deliver the strategic value necessary to achieve NEOM’s goals and aspirations.
