What you bring to the table

• 2 years handson experience in similar positions.
• Structured and careful way of working service orientation.
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills planning and attention to detail while attending to multiple tasks and processes.
• Exceptional communication interpersonal and decisionmaking skills.
• Genuine enthusiasm for building a humancentered techenabled future where everyone thrives.
• Proven HRIS experience and able to demonstrate ability to work with data.
• Fluent in English.

Nice to have

• Experience in a tech startup environment.
• Experience working in a decentralized team globally distributed.
• Knowledge of HR and recruitment practices and regulations.
• Interested in blockchain DePIN Web3 space.

Things you will do

• Support the People and Culture team in the recruitment process creation and placement of job descriptions directly approaching candidates for key positions on job platforms managing correspondence with all candidates conducting interviews and support in the selection of candidates.
• Serve as a point of contact for candidates and the company providing clear and timely communication regarding interview details and developing positive relationships with candidates that successfully passed our recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate progress and interview schedules updating applicant tracking systems and hiring team leads on a consistent basis.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and improve internal people & culture processes such as onboarding feedback career development.
• Developing and implementing an employer branding strategy that attracts diverse candidates and top talent.
• Initiate activities that contribute to positive company culture health & wellness and strong team engagement.
• Driving team happiness; planning and organizing team events improving the workplace.
• Perform such other/additional duties as may from time to time be assigned.
