As the superplatform for nonprofessional soccer in Europe we bring prolevel experiences (news data gamification) to the megacommunity of 190 million footballers and soccer fans.

We are a startup founded in 2021 in Cologne the team includes 30 smart and hungry members working on Prematch from our offices in Cologne & Berlin (Marketing & Business team) and remotely from all over Europe (Tech & Product team). On top we have support from successful investors who run the business at Amazon DAZN & ESL.

Main information

• remote option: you decide 100% remote (Germany or EUwide) top office in Cologne/Berlin or a combination of both
• Start: Immediately (flexible start)
• Scope: 40 hours (full time)
• Areas of Responsibility: BackendDevOps
• Current Tech Stack that we use: python kubernetes grafana AWS pulumi GitLab CI

For this we need you

• Take the lead (technically) on our DevOps efforts but not do it alone.
• Enable others in the team to improve our DevOps practices.
• Keep our infrastructure balanced with scalability and costs in mind.Still exciting Continue here!

Your mission

• You maintain our cloud infrastructure using infrastructureascode tools like Pulumi.
• You ensure the stability scalability and security of our infrastructure to grow Prematch to become the biggest football platform in the world.
• You keep our architecture clean to keep us moving at a rapid pace keeping in mind scalability and costs.
• You consider monitoring a piece critical in any infrastructure.

What do you need

• You have 2 years of experience in DevOps with IaC tools like Pulumi doing GitOps
• Desire to automate all the things
• Experience with cloudnative software like Kubernetes and Grafana

Advantage but not a must

• Experience in development with Python and REST APIs
