SAP PP S4 Production - Contractor

We currently have a contract opportunity for an experienced SAP New product introduction leveraging SAP production planning Project system and EPPM.

Job Title: SAP PP S/4 Production Contractor

Location: San Jose CA 20% Onsite (This will be a hybrid role; remote and travel to San Jose CA 20% of the time)

Experience : 12 years

Duration: 6 Months with possible extension up to 3 years

Responsibilities

• Assist with cycle counting analysis to maintain inventory integrity physically and within the SAP planning and MRP system.

• The NPI lead is responsible for all SAP functional requirements in the New product Production area.

• Collaborate with Production Teams to verify inventory consumption and assist with inventory discrepancies.

• Prepare master production schedules for assigned operations and provide direction related to the detailed scheduling of an assigned area.

• Utilize the SAP MRP system to monitor and manage safety stock levels for assigned FG GIP and purchased products.

• Provide required production hours based on production plan requirements and create deviations to the plan as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in SAP S/4 delivery of Production.

• Experience with project deliverable including documentation training system configuration and production support.

• Experience in change management and having a continuous improvement mentality.

• Ability to work autonomously while also taking ownership for crossfunctional team outcomes is required.

• Proficient use of Microsoft Applications is required. Intermediate Excel skills are required to be successful in this role.
