Job Description:

The Logistics Coordinator will oversee dispatching various services including but not limited to vacuum truck services hot shot trucking pump trucks kill trucks in support of all Permian region activities. In addition to dispatching trucking services this role will also include proactive planning and forecasting of future activity and analytical reports.

Please note Water hauling logistics experience is essential.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Central point of contact for all production operations logistics needs with potential to expand to drillings completions and workover in the future Dispatch vacuum trucks with the most costeffective route.
• Determine most time and costeffective routes (o/d pairing)
• Utilize forecasts provided by Asset to proactively schedule required logistics services.
• Communicate to trucking companies the preferred direct disposal.
• Close feedback loop of requested trucks to field
• Ordering/CallOut activities
• Utilize Supply Chain preferred Transportation Management System
• Execute strategy determined by Category Management and Strategic Sourcing
• Field inbound calls / requests from ProdOps and Field staff
• Dispatch coordinate and track Field Logistics services:
• Vacuum Trucking services in support of Flowback Tank Batteries and Service Work
• Trucking services (Kill Trucks Pump Trucks Hot Shots etc.)
• Surface Rental Equipment (Light Towers Porta Potties etc.)

Analytics activities :

• Daily report outs of truck activity
• Regular reporting of operational metrics per supplier and category
• Financial metrics sent to internal stakeholders.
• Provide recommendations of over or underutilized suppliers
• Review incoming invoices for accuracy.
• Develop various reports for distribution and communication between field teams utilizing products such as Microsoft Excel SharePoint or Power BI. This can include various software platforms including GIS or SAP platforms.

Minimum Skills:

• Intermediate ability to use Microsoft Office products such as: Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook and SharePoint)
• Basic understanding of production operations completions drilling workover (vacuum trucks) and logistics
• Ability to work a 12hour rotating schedule and sit for prolonged periods of time.
• Problem solving skills.
• Communication skills
• Organizational skills

Experience:

Minimum of 25 years of industry experience in oil & gas logistics coordination including but not limited to completions workover drilling and production operations.

PLEASE TAKE NOTE :

Position is based in Midland.

Schedule It is a rotating schedule some hitches of days and some of nights.

It is a 7/7 schedule from Thursday to Wednesday.

Apache would not be paying for travel or accommodations if they live outside the Midland area.

EHS Requirements:

Apache Corporation requires PEC Safe land Certification to be obtained prior to beginning this role. Proof of certification can be uploaded into Fieldglass for verification by the hiring supervisor. This role will also require ANSI Z390.12017 instructor led H2S training(will be specific to certain roles).

Additionally Apache Corporation requires the following PPE be provided by the contractor prior to commencing work:

Safety glasses ANSI approved.

Steel toe safety shoes

Hard Hat

H2S monitor

SCBA (ProdOps and Drilling roles) (this will be modified for these job postings)

Flotation device/ life jacket where applicable

Fire Extinguisher

FR Clothing

Some roles will require task specific PPE and should be provided by the contractor prior to commencing work. For example:

Hearing protection

Gloves

Chemical Handling PPE

Hot Gloves
