Role Overview: As a Telecaller specializing in Banking Services you will play a crucial role in engaging potential customers over the phone to promote our banking products and services. We are seeking individuals with excellent communication skills in English with a preference for freshers who are passionate about the banking industry and eager to kickstart their career in this field.

Salary: 14400 to 15400
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce banking products and services.
Educate customers on various banking solutions including savings accounts loans credit cards and investment opportunities.
Assist customers in understanding the application process and guide them through necessary documentation.
Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Stay updated on banking industry trends products and regulations.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English both verbal and written.
- Basic understanding of banking products and services is preferred.
- Ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customerfocused mindset.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet sales targets.
- Prior experience in telesales or customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
