Solairea Resort North is seeking a Senior Creative lead to head our inhouse agency. This key leadership position will be responsible for overseeing & guiding our creative team to develop and execute high quality creative work across various business unit including gaming hotel food & beverage and retail. Candidate must possess a deep understanding of brand strategy a track record or creative excellence and exceptional leadership skills.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Graphics Marketing or ay related field. An art based candidate will be an added advantage
- Minimum of 12 years total experience & 7 years in a managerial position
- Demonstrated creative excellence with a portfolio of work showcasing a range concepts of execution
- Deep understanding of brand strategy and how to translate it into a compelling artwork
- Proven experience in overseeing creative team
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide the team
- Strong understanding of the latest trend
