Join our client as an Operations Support Specialist where you will play a vital role in providing operational assistance to service representatives. Your responsibilities include handling inquiries analyzing researching and troubleshooting various issues related to resource dispatching case creation spare parts distribution and more. Youll also provide phone support to field representatives manage workload efficiently communicate effectively with stakeholders and proactively identify problem areas with recommended solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Act as primary point of contact for service representatives addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues.
- Provide phone support to field representatives and maintain workload management in a fastpaced environment.
- Communicate proactively and effectively with teammates stakeholders and leadership.
- Embrace change with a positive attitude and identify problem areas with recommended solutions.
- Maintain documentation according to established guidelines.
- Contribute independently or with a team towards department goals or services.
- Interface with internal customers and departments.
Skills and Requirements:
- Associate s Degree with at least 1 year of previous customer service experience or greater than 3 years of previous customer service experience
- Proven ability to make quick and effective independent decisions
- Strong organization and planning skills
- Ability to handle multiple functions simultaneously
- Ability to develop expert product knowledge for areas of responsibility
