Job Description

  • Monitoring and auditing calls made by admission counselors.
  • Share feedback with the team and managers.
  • Providing employees with relevant Quality Control training QA training.
  • Take initiative for process improvement and to improve call quality.
  • Conduct callcalibrations.
  • Creating and updating sops.
  • Conduct training for new and current sales associates and develop individualized training plans for underperforming salespersons.
  • Schedule orientations and related training events for individuals and teams.
  • Observe sales encounters and determine the training needs for individuals and/or sales teams.
  • Improve training techniques when need to meet the unique demands of cases.
  • Stay updated with current market trends and the changing demands of the sales environment.
  • Endto End ownership of Sales teams training requirements (new joiner as well as refresher training).
  • Proactively conduct skills gap analyses to identify areas of improvement.
  • Show visible & measurable impact of training programs.
  • Conduct effective training sessions on soft skills topics deploy a wide variety of training methods.
  • Monitor and evaluate training programs effectiveness success and ROI periodically and report on them.
  • Assess training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques into employees work behavior through quality audit / innovative method.


Requirements

  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Proven experience in call quality analysis.
  • Approachable and vibrant personality.
  • Must be a team player with the ability to work independently prioritize tasks and meet targets/deadlines.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook Word Excel) is preferable.
