Analyst Corporate Finance - Philippine Based Role

A leading developer in the Philippines is seeking a bright and analytical Analyst Corporate Finance to join their growing finance team. In this role you will play a crucial role in supporting business units and senior management by providing financial expertise and analysis. You will be involved in creating and using financial models conducting investment assessments and contributing to the development of sound financial policies.

Responsibilities

• Financial Modeling:
  
• Assist in designing and maintaining complex financial models to support strategic planning and inform key business decisions.
  
• Collaborate on creating scenario analyses and stress testing to evaluate potential impacts on financial performance.
  
• Ensure the accuracy integrity and relevance of financial models used by the team.
  
• Identify and escalate any issues related to the financial models to the team lead.
  
• Financial and Investment Analysis:
  
• Support senior analysts in conducting indepth financial analyses including variance analysis trend analysis and profitability assessments.
  
• Assist in evaluating potential investments mergers and acquisitions by providing thorough analytical support.
  
• Integrate financial analysis into broader business strategies to enhance decisionmaking.
  
• Development and Implementation of Financial Policies:
  
• Contribute to the development review and implementation of effective financial policies and procedures.
  
• Assist in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  
• Work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams to integrate financial policies and procedures into daily operations.
  

Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field (preferred)
  
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in financial analysis or a relevant role
  
• Proficiency in financial modeling tools (e.g. Excel) and Microsoft Office Suite
  
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a high degree of attention to detail
  
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
