About Company :

Max Aircon is seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Service Coordinator. As a Service Coordinator you will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing service requests scheduling appointments and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position is ideal for a graduate fresher who is proficient in Hindi English and Marathi languages and has a strong desire to learn and grow in the HVAC industry.


Fundamental Requirements:


1. Bachelors degree in any field.

2. Fluent in Hindi English and Marathi languages.

3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

5. Basic computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

6. Customerfocused mindset with a commitment to delivering highquality service.

7. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

8. Prior experience in customer service or coordination roles is preferred but not required.

9. Knowledge of HVAC systems or related industry experience would be an advantage.



Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

1. Receive service requests from customers via phone email or in person.

2. Coordinate with technicians to schedule service appointments based on customer needs and technician availability.

3. Maintain accurate records of service requests appointments and customer interactions.

4. Communicate with customers to provide updates on service appointments estimated arrival times and any delays.

5. Follow up with customers after service appointments to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

6. Collaborate with the technical team to ensure timely completion of service tasks and resolution of issues.

7. Assist in maintaining inventory of spare parts and equipment needed for service calls.

8. Generate reports on service activities including completed jobs pending tasks and customer feedback.

9. Handle billing inquiries and process payments from customers.

10. Provide administrative support to the service department as needed.
