Job Description

Be part of our clients team as an Appointment Coordinator responsible for securing meetings for the Recruiting team using a refined script. Youll engage potential candidates and clients ensuring effective communication and maintaining records in our CRM platform. Enjoy continuous growth through mentorship from experienced staff. Your role is pivotal in achieving daily weekly and monthly metrics. Heres an overview of your future role:
Employment type: Full time
Shift: Night (10/11 PM to 7/8 AM)
Work setup: Onsite (Quezon City Ortigas or Makati)

What will your day to day look like
  • A wellcrafted script will be utilized to secure meetings for the Recruiting team.
  • The workflow for this position will incorporate our CRM platform (Applicant Tracking System) where all candidate information will be housed.
  • Continued training and mentorship will be provided by the management team and support staff.
  • Maintain accurate records regarding appointments set with candidates and the Recruiting team.
  • Adhere to all daily weekly and monthly metrics.

What do you need to get hired

  • 1 year of experience in Appointment Setting or customer telecommunications.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Candidate must be articulate.
  • Demonstrated strong work ethic and a desire to exceed daily goals.
  • Must be professional and organized.
  • Collaborates well within a team setting.
