What do you need to succeed
  • Bachelors or college degree preferably in Accounting Finance or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of proven experience as an Administrative Support or similar is required.
  • Excellent English written and verbal skills are required.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office application skills required (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook Teams).
  • Knowledge of NetSuite preferred.
  • Has the ability to understand and execute complex written and verbal instructions.
  • Must demonstrate a high level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Must be motivated and a selfstarter positive attitude resourceful and dependable.
  • Disciplined followup on action items.
  • Confidentiality: Must be able to safeguard sensitive information.

  • Provide general administrative support across departments.
  • Handle all communication including phone calls inquiries and call management.
  • Manage fleet requirements allocation delivery and collection.
  • Handle purchase orders and fleet management including damage control.
  • Perform data entry and invoice correction.
  • Convert quotes through NetSuite.
  • Research and create presentations.
  • Coordinate and manage special projects.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.
  • Order supplies for the team.
  • Manage folder filing and mailbox cleaning.
  • Provide support to Senior Administrative Assistants.
  • Perform other administrative functions as needed.
