As a Digital Media Specialist you will play a pivotal role in collaborating with the Head of Media to spearhead the implementation of media campaigns ensuring the attainment of client objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs). Your responsibilities will extend to providing support to the Client Services team facilitating their comprehension of media strategies implementation processes and campaign performance metrics. • Have 4 years of agency experience with a focus on implementation.

What awaits you in this role

• Work closely with the Head of Media to lead the implementation of media campaigns and achieve client objectives and KPIs.
  
• Support the Client Services team in understanding the media strategy implementation and campaign performance equipping them for productive discussions with clients.
  
• Own the project management process in our project management tool responsible for updating critical campaign information such as budgets UTMs and campaign objectives.
  
• Manage timelines effectively and communicate updates to the entire team.
  
• Analyze marketing industry and consumer insights data to formulate strategies that address our clients paid media needs.
  
• Analyze media alternatives and make recommendations on the optimal allocation of the media budget including targeting geography flighting support level and budget.
  
• Manage budget allocations across media ensuring pacing is on track and KPIs are met; identify necessary optimizations where targets are not being achieved.
  
• Lead and ensure quality control and adherence to overall media plan objectives campaign setup and reporting.
  
• Possess a working knowledge (and be able to step in if needed) of setting up monitoring managing and optimizing industryleading campaigns across paid search (Google Ads) paid social (including Meta TikTok & Snapchat) and other online channels (including Spotify YouTube & Pinterest).
  
• Traffic and troubleshoot campaigns in our ad server Sizmek.
  
• Plan and implement programmatic campaigns when we bring a DSP inhouse to Awaken.
  
• Project manage our data team in developing campaign dashboards and creating campaign reports.
  
• Ensure dashboards are accurate and reflect the campaign objectives and performance through regular QA.
  
• Develop insightful reports aligned with the agreedupon cadence for the client.
  
• Provide accurate specs and material deadlines.
  
• Assist with budget reconciliation and financial queries.
