Traffic Manager Russian-speaking

Tasks in the role:

• Develop and implement strategies to increase new user acquisition;
• Increase First-Time Depositors (FTDs) through targeted initiatives;
• Plan, launch, and analyze advertising campaigns across diverse channels;
• Analyze current traffic, propose data-driven changes for improvement;
• Set up and optimize advertising campaigns, collaborate on creatives;
• Analyze KPIs, develop plans for scaling and optimizing campaigns;
  
  

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in a related role;
• Demonstrated experience working with Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) partnership models;
• Proficiency in understanding and leveraging various traffic sources;
• Ability to drive and measure campaigns based on key performance indicators;
• Familiarity with Appsflyer analytics and reporting functionalities;
• Proven experience with SKAdNetwork;
• Advanced Excel skills;
• English proficiency at B2 level;
• Russian proficiency at B2 level;
