Qualifications:

5 years of leadership experience in Marketing roles with a track record of scaling teams.

Proven success directing and increasing businesses managing ecommerce/DTC marketing lead generation ecommerce strategies conducting marketing campaigns and implementing marketing & ecommerce initiatives

Experience collaborating with Clevel executives and managing multimillion dollar marketing budgets.

Proven success in executing gotomarket strategies.

Prior experience leading marketing in a hypergrowth company and building a startup marketing team through datadriven methods.

Ownership of a P&L and decisionmaking rooted in data testing and iteration.

Expertise in developing and executing conversion rate optimization strategies.

Demonstrated ability to deliver on multichannel growth metrics such as web traffic leads client conversions and revenue.

Entrepreneurial mindset and a willingness to be handson when required.

Strong strategic thinking combined with effective plan implementation.

The ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.

Experience with electronics or a strong willingness to learn.
