The company counts c.40 FTEs located across Germany China France the UK India Portugal and Turkey with its HQ in Berlin/Germany.

They are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join the team as Entrepreneur in Residence. As a key member of the team they are looking for a dynamic individual who can adapt to rapidly changing situations take initiative and contribute to the growth and success of the startup.

Tasks

• Business Development: Identify and explore potential partnerships collaborations and growth opportunities for the company. You will initiate and take full ownership for strategic and operational projects and drive them forward proactively.
• Gotomarket Strategy: Conduct market research to identify trends opportunities and potential threats in the industry. Provide insights and recommendations to guide decisionmaking.
• Operational Support: Assist in daytoday operational tasks including project management team coordination and resource allocation.
• Team Building: Play a role in building and nurturing a highperforming team by participating in recruitment onboarding and employee engagement activities.
• Cross functions: Act as a liaison between different teams (Growth Operations Procurement) ensuring effective communication and alignment of goals. Be a sparring partner for the Leadership team for strategic and operational decisions and projects

Requirements

• You possess a Bachelors degree or Masters degree in Business or a related field
• You bring first experience in a highly competitive environment such as Management Consulting Investment Banking Venture Capital or a highgrowth startup
• You are interested in and passionate about growth startup and to change a traditional industry together with an international team
• You have strong analytical and communication skills
• You possess Handson mentality only the implementation satisfies you
• You demonstrate ability to speak directly with customers suppliers partners and investors and take the initiative to get involved
