To support our Customer Success Team we are looking for a motivated Working Student (m/f/d) frenchspeaking. Remote Working Model and flexible Working options (e.g. 512 hours/week) possible.

Ocumeda is a teleophthalmology startup that offers lowthreshold eye checkups in collaboration with opticians nursing homes and companies.
We prevent vision loss and blindness through simple and quick eye checkups. Through our highly standardized teleophthalmological evaluation we provide the best possible medical quality regardless of location.

Tasks

  • Active support of our Customer Success Team in the care of our German and Frenchspeaking customers.
  • Responding to customer inquiries via email in our ticket system occasional communication via phone to support our customers in scheduling doctors appointments.
  • Support in the analysis and optimization of customer processes and experiences to continuously improve customer satisfaction.
  • Participation in the implementation of feedback surveys and analyses to improve our service.
  • Insights and support in the strategic expansion of our partnership network.

Requirements

  • Enrolled student (m/f/d) in any field.
  • Ideally you should be able to divide your working hours over at least 34 days per week.
  • Your French language skills are excellent both verbally and in writing (at least C1 level each).
  • High communication skills and enjoyment of customer contact.
  • Initial experience in the field of Customer Service or Customer Success is advantageous but not mandatory.
