Are you passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of young individuals We are seeking dynamic and enthusiastic individuals to fill the role of Youth Center Driver and Youth Center Leader at our communityfocused organization.

Shift Details:
Monday Friday 6:30 am 8:30 am; 2:30 pm 7:30 pm
Weekends: 12 pm 4 pm
NonSchool Days: 12 pm 4 pm

Responsibilities:
  • Working with the Youth Center Leaders and System of Care to transport youth to school in the morning
  • Greet and Engage with each youth during transportation
  • Reliability and Clear Communication
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment
  • Provide positive and appropriate mentorship for all youth
  • Maintain behavior expectations for all youth
  • Ensure supervision and safety of all youth



Requirements


  • At least 21 years old to drive and must have a Valid Driver s License and pass a driver s background check
  • Passionate about working with kids
  • Behavior intervention skills would be beneficial but not required
