Overview:
The Office Sales Executive plays a crucial role in driving sales and revenue for the organization. This position is responsible for generating leads pitching products/services to potential clients and maintaining good customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and qualify new sales leads
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling networking and social media
- Present promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Establish develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
- Continuously improve through feedback
- Meet personal and team sales targets
- Attend sales meetings trade shows and training sessions
- Prepare and submit reports to the Sales Manager
- Negotiate contracts and packages
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
- Participate in events and conferences on behalf of the company
- Stay uptodate with new products and services
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- Proven work experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations
- Strong organizational and timemanagement abilities
- Selfmotivated with a resultsdriven approach
- Customeroriented and targetdriven mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Availability to travel as needed
- Experience in selling office products/services is a plus
