Systems Engineer UIUX

Roles and Responsibilities • Mastery of Adobe XD and major UI design software/tools to quickly create low/medium/high-fidelity prototypes. • Illustrate UX solutions using a variety of storyboards, user flows, interactive prototypes, and designs and present them across multiple levels of the business. • A work portfolio demonstrating experience creating great User-Centered Design (UCD) solutions. • Partner closely with developers to translate UX solutions into technical specifications, and maintain UX pattern library that aligns with enterprise Design System. • Good understanding of mobile-first and responsive design. Qualifications Qualifications - External About You • 3+ years’ experience as an Interaction Designer or UX Designer or similar role. • Proficiency in the use of industry software such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, Invision, or other visual design and Wireframing tools. • Experience collaborating with product owners, architects and business analysts and engineering teams for implementation of designs. • Expertise in mobile-first product design and responsive frameworks. • Good understanding of core front-end web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc. • Knowledge of Agile software development mindset and tools. • Good verbal and written communication skills –the ability to effectively sell an idea. • An available portfolio is a must.
