Accreditation
- Establish processes and procedures to ensure consistent accreditation requirements and actions are met during the accreditation process
- Review applications for accreditation, including those for new programs or new facilities.
- Coordinate with other departments within the organization to ensure that all policies and procedures are being followed
- Work with internal and external agencies to grant accreditation and/or resolve complaints
- Review reports to determine whether recommendations have been implemented effectively
