Powersports Technician

Efficiently carry out tasks outlined in repair orders to meet dealership standards.
Conduct test drives and utilize diagnostic tools to test vehicle components and systems.
Diagnose repair and upkeep various machine systems such as engine transmission electrical brakes and suspension.
Communicate with service advisors regarding necessary repairs for customer vehicles.
Execute warranty repairs according to manufacturer guidelines.
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as fluid checks tire rotations and oil changes as required.
Employ a checklistbased approach to meticulously inspect all vehicle systems including engine air conditioning transmission and brakes.
Adhere to manufacturer specifications to uphold vehicle systems and ensure customer satisfaction.
Identify and investigate any malfunction codes using diagnostic tools and expertise.
Facilitate a transparent repair process by effectively communicating system issues and repairs.

Qualifications:

• Required industry experience
• Proficiency in mechanical work and troubleshooting
• Capability in utilizing diagnostic equipment
• Collaborative mindset
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong customer service and communication abilities are essential
