We are hiring a Project Manager to join the Net Zero team. This role will help support the netzero supplier engagement program with a strong focus on supplier engagement internal collaboration and building analysis to support value chain emissions reduction by 2030.
We are looking for smart and flexible candidates who are enthusiastic about working on crossfunctional teams and have strong analytical skills critical thinking abilities and exemplary communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of GHG accounting including scope 3 supplier engagement on sustainability GHG target setting and roadmap development in a fastpaced dynamic tech environment.
Responsibilities:
- Drive engagement strategies with selected suppliers on value chain GHG emissions reduction.
- Analyze supplier GHG data targets roadmaps and solutions for trends projections and decisionmaking.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (e.g. procurement teams and supplier managers) to deliver timely projects.
- Scale the impact of suppliers and internal initiatives to accelerate value chain GHG emissions reduction.
- Partner with crossfunctional teams to support the development and execution of new and existing GHG reduction initiatives.
- Effectively communicate program progress internally.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree in business supply chain environmental science or related field.
- 34 years of related experience in supply chain management.
- Expertise in Contract negotiations Supplier Management Roadmap development GHG accounting and GHG target setting.
- Strong analytical capabilities and ability to manage complex data advanced Excel and data analytics proficiency.
- Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to selfmanage complex delivery in a fastpaced matrixed environment.
- A team player and strategic thinker who can ideate and help us scale initiatives that accelerate scope 3 GHG emissions reduction with suppliers.
- A selfstarter with a proven ability to diplomatically resolve issues through understanding conflicting inputs achieving alignment and proposing goforward solutions.
- Experience working with interdisciplinary teams (e.g. Sustainability Procurement Teams Business teams Engineering) and managing relationships with complex stakeholders.
- Demonstrated flexibility ability and willingness to learn and work on projects.
- Familiarity with global and sectoral sustainability initiatives.
- Strong understanding of products and services.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to travel (10%).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Masters degree in a related field (e.g. MBA Masters in Supply Chain Sustainability Management).
- GHG software and tools operation experience.
- Tableau proficiency.
- Proficiency in the electrical and electronics manufacturing sector.

- Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
