Local Candidate Only
Required Skills:
Handson experience in resolving IT issues with Outlook MS Office Windows 7 and 10 Active Directory.
Ability to monitor ticket queues assign tickets and escalate as needed until resolution.
Installation and minor repairs to hardware software or peripheral equipment.
Responding to user inquiries to troubleshoot computer software or hardware issues.
IT Help Desk Call Center experience is a plus.
