Medsolve are currently hiring for an amazing company who are looking for dedicated Team Leader to join them on a permanent basis.


This is a Permanent role and we offer a salary of 13.00 per hour. Please note we do NOT offer sponsorship.


Shift pattern is 8am until 5.30pm but flexibility is essential.

The Main Purpose of the Job of the Team Leader is:

To be accountable for the planning organising and all operations during their shift.

Deliver high quality advice and guidance foster good morale and team spirit amongst the staff teams.

Ensure the highest standards of physical social and emotional care is offered exceeding any guidance and standards set by external organisations such as Ofsted CQC Local Authorities.


The duties of the Team Leader are:

Be familiar and stay up to date with the knowledge and skills required to meet the needs of the people who use the service.

Remain informed and engaged on all relevant matters relating to young people you support.

Retain the full confidence of the registered provider.

Gain and hold the respect of staff providing positive leadership.

Maintain good relationships with children and young people.

Manage the service s administrative financial and planning operations efficiently.

Cooperate fully with regulatory bodies.

Perform spot checks and carry out full audits at all placements.

Ensure annual appraisals and regular supervisions are carried out.

Ensure all reports are ready for senior management.

Carry out visual checks and report on company vehicles including mileage.

Ensure staffing levels are accurate and have all shifts covered.

To promote a good quality of life for our service users.

Have the ability to make difficult decisions and problem solve to achieve positive outcomes.

To achieve compliance with all requirements of the regulators commissioners and other statutory agencies in the most effective way.

To ensure all safeguarding risks are acted upon immediately and the relevant action taken to mitigate the risk.


We are looking for Support Workers with some of the following skills and attributes:

  • Right to Work in the UK
  • Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role preferred.
  • Strong time management skills to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
  • Proficient in administrative tasks such as scheduling record keeping and data entry.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and handle multiple responsibilities.
  • Diploma of Higher Education (preferred)
  • Driving Licence (required)
