Real Estate Associate - Senior Leve

We are seeking a Senior Associate. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience working in teams and independently managing various components of one or more of the following transactions: lender or borrower side mortgage and mezzanine financings real estate acquisitions and dispositions and joint venture deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently manage and oversee multiple components of real estate transactions including but not limited to financings acquisitions dispositions and joint ventures.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external parties to ensure seamless execution of transactions.
• Provide highlevel analysis and strategic advice to clients.
• Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills in interacting with clients colleagues and other stakeholders.
• Exhibit strong business acumen and the ability to identify and mitigate risks while maximizing opportunities for clients.
• Contribute to the growth and development of junior team members through mentorship and guidance.
• Maintain excellent academic credentials and references.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of five years of relevant experience in real estate transactions.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently manage complex transactions.
• Proven track record of working directly with clients and providing highquality service.
• JD degree from an accredited law school and admission to the New York State Bar (or eligibility for admission).
