ROLE OVERVIEW:
As a Customer Account Handler you will be responsible for all aspects of customer interface for a designated geographic area and associated engineer surveyors. You will act as a central point of contact between customers engineer surveyors and our internal computer system to ensure all aspects of the service provided to our customers is delivered efficiently accurately and professionally. You will work individually to cover your area and as part of a wider team to support others as necessary.
