Role Overview:

As the Wet side DutyManager youll take charge of all operational aspects pertaining to our wetside facilities. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the swimming program managing lifeguards and ensuring seamless daily operations. This position serves as a great platform for future career progression in the business. This is a leisure job not to be missed!

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage all wetside facilities including opening and closing procedures.
• Supervise the swimming program and lifeguard team prioritising safety and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with the Assistant General Manager to elevate operational standards and enhance customer experiences.
• Strategise and execute marketing initiatives to boost swim program engagement and meet targets.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to drive overall centre objectives and performance metrics.
• Flexibility to accommodate varying shifts including weekends and evenings.

Desired Qualifications and Skills:

• Level 1 or level 2 swim teachingdesirable.
• Demonstrated passion for operational excellence and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Prior experience in operational roles within customerfacing environments within fitness orleisure.
• Proficiency in wetside operations showcasing strong organisational and leadership capabilities.
• Possession of a valid NPLQ certification with the ability to swim (uptodate certification preferred).
