We are looking for a Junior to MidLevel Technical Product Owner to manage a team of developers in our exciting projects.
In this pivotal role youll bridge the gap between our seasoned engineers and stakeholders ensuring clear communication resolving technical queries and eliminating obstacles for seamless highquality product delivery
Youll be part of a team where appreciative and supporting communication forms our DNA enabling a conducive and respectful environment for all.
Tasks
- Managing and supporting a team of developers ensuring a smooth flow of operations and clarification of technical questions.
- Collaborating extensively within the team and maintaining open communication with stakeholders and inhouse teams of clients.
- Actively participating in decisionmaking within the project scope fostering a sense of ownership and initiative.
- Encouraging and ensuring adherence to agile methodologies tailored to meet our specific project needs.
Requirements
- A passion for building great software with nice people
- Junior to MidLevel experience in web development projects.
- Proficient understanding of JavaScript HTTP and other relevant webbased protocols.
- Strong foundation in basic software development principles and application design.
- Having experience in the field of healthcare is a clear plus not however a must.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban with a flexibility towards their practical application.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to interact efficiently with various teams and external stakeholders.
- Fluency in German and good communication skills in English are a necessity.
- A certain degree of physical proximity to Berlin or Cologne for regular team meetings.
