and nbsp;Relevant experience in audit of Banking NBFCs or Financial Institutions

Worked with Banking or NBFCs company in Accounts and Finance Department/ Compliance Department

Equipped with Indian GAAP IND AS and IFRS


Essential Duties and amp; Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with the laws and accordingly should have a good knowledge and experience of Banking Regulation Act RBI Act RBI Circulars Notifications Companies Act LLP Act and other applicable regulations.


Handling Audit of following areas:

Advances

Borrowings

Investments

Valuation of Derivatives

Consolidation of Financial Statements

To overlook day to day activities of Team members assigned

Ensure Compliances with laws for Tax audit

Liaison with component auditors for consolidation

Liaison with client for statutory and tax audits for completion of statutory audits and tax audit

Requisite support for completion of Internal Financial Control With Reference To Financial Statements as a part of statutory audit

To ensure confidentiality of data and all other records
