Job Title: SAP MM & ISRetail IDOC Monitoring Incident Management Specialist

Location: PAN India

3 Months Contract (Extendable after every 3 Months as it s going to be long term project)

Job Description:

We are looking for a seasoned SAP MM & ISRetail specialist with expertise in IDOC monitoring and incident management to support our SAP implementation projects and ongoing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP MM and ISRetail modules with extensive experience in monitoring and managing IDOCs for seamless data exchange between SAP systems and external partners.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the subject matter expert for SAP MM and ISRetail modules including procurement inventory management and retail operations.

Design configure and optimize IDOC monitoring solutions to ensure timely and accurate data exchange between SAP systems and external systems.

Monitor IDOC processing workflows identify errors or failures and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth operation of business processes.

Develop and implement incident management processes and procedures for handling IDOCrelated incidents including root cause analysis issue resolution and documentation.

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including SAP functional consultants technical teams business users and external partners to resolve IDOCrelated issues and drive continuous improvement.

Provide training and support to end users on IDOC monitoring and incident management processes tools and best practices.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience.

5 years of handson experience in SAP MM and ISRetail modules with a focus on IDOC monitoring and incident management.

Indepth knowledge of IDOC concepts structures and processing flows within SAP systems.

Strong understanding of SAP MM and ISRetail business processes including procurement inventory management and retail operations.

Proven experience in designing configuring and troubleshooting IDOC monitoring solutions preferably in a retail environment.

Excellent analytical problemsolving and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment managing multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively.
