Call Schedule: 24hr Call; 7a7a
Call Type: Beeper
Patient Volume: Ave of 6 (new consults) per day
Patient Demographics: Adults (Peds are not required)
Ave. No. of Surgical Cases: 2 per day
Minimal PM coverage needs (especially after 10p)
Support Staff: Full APP support during the day and callin APP support at night for first assist as needed.
Special Procedures:
Manage pelvic and acetabular fractures (not required); Peds would also be preferred but not required.
No. of Beds: 270
Trauma Level: I or II
EMR: Cerner
Travel lodging and malpractice insurance covered
Requirements:
AZ License or IMLC
BC/BE in Orthopedic Surgery
DEA
ATLS
At least 1 year experience
Recent Level 1 or 2 trauma experience
COVID & Flu Vaccination proofs
