Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals and project demands.
  2. Talent Sourcing: Utilize a variety of sourcing methods to attract highcaliber candidates including job boards social media networking and industry partnerships.
  3. Candidate Screening: Review resumes conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  4. Interview Coordination: Facilitate interview processes ensuring a positive candidate experience while gathering comprehensive feedback for decisionmaking.
  5. Employer Branding: Enhance the companys employer brand through targeted marketing efforts participation in industry events and fostering positive candidate interactions.
  6. Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates keeping them engaged and informed about career opportunities within the organization.
  7. Consultant Management: Collaborate with external recruitment agencies and consultants negotiating terms and overseeing their performance to ensure alignment with project needs.
  8. Bulk Hiring: Manage largescale recruitment initiatives coordinating the hiring process for multiple positions simultaneously while maintaining quality standards and meeting project deadlines.
  9. Hiring Partner Collaboration: Partner with external organizations universities and industry associations to identify potential talent pools and establish effective recruitment channels.
  10. Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans for each project.
  11. Performance Metrics: Track recruitment metrics analyze data and provide regular reports to management identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
  12. Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
  13. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment implementing enhancements to the recruitment process as needed.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition preferably within the engineering or construction industry.
  3. Strong understanding of engineering roles and technical skill requirements.
  4. Familiarity with EPCM projects and the specific staffing needs associated with mineral processing plants is advantageous.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
  6. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
  7. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  8. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  9. Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problemsolving and decisionmaking.
  10. Commitment to upholding ethical standards and maintaining confidentiality throughout the recruitment process.
