RATE WILL BE ADJUSTED FOR LOCAL TRAVELERS (10% reduction of posted rate if perm address is w/i 50 miles of facility).

Requirement description :
- Work History
- Skills Checklist (pertinent to position) current to 1 year
- 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
- License/Certifications Must be uploaded with profile (Current Nursys BLS ACLS Covid Vaccination proofs (dated on or after 10/3/23) or intent to file exemption form. Facility will not pend license/certs)
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :
- ACLS (AHA)
- BLS (AHA)
STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :
- Massachusetts
ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS : MA license MUST be in hand at profile upload. Facility will not pend license
Weekend Requirements : Every other weekend/Holidays required if needed
