JOB SUMMARY

Project management is the practice of applying processes and techniques to initiate plan manage and deliver specific projects to achieve their goals on schedule and within budget. The Project Manager is an integral addition to Divelements mighty team; they are the bridge between Delivery and Operations. The Project Manager is adept in various Technical languages and delivery functions they will take ownership of the clients vision and work crossfunctionally with the Engineering team to bring that to fruition. They will support our efforts in developing the Project Management best practices participate in continuous development and share an interest in igniting a passion for selfaccountability and maintaining Divelements status as one of the best places to work.

You are an enthusiastic and motivated Project Management Superstar! You enjoy creating ideas that come to life for clients and coordinating crossfunctionally across teams. You embed yourself into the clients product roadmap and are an expert at identifying opportunities risks and solutions.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Defining project objectives project scope roles & responsibilities.
• Defining resource requirements and managing resource availability & allocation both internal and third party.
• Outlining a budget based on requirements and tracking costs to deliver project on budget.
• Preparing a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones workstreams & activities.
• Managing delivery of the project according to this plan.
• Tracking project and providing regular reports on project status to project team and key stakeholders.
• Managing and adjusting for any changes in project scope schedule and / or budget.
• Identifying and mitigating potential risks.
• Managing the relationship and communication with the client and all stakeholders ensuring the project is delivered to their satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Business proficiency in English (C1C2)
• 3 years of Software Development Project Management experience
• Strong leadership skills: A good Project Manager should be able to lead and motivate the project team set clear goals and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills: A good Project Manager should be able to communicate effectively with all stakeholders including team members clients and vendors. This includes being able to listen actively speak clearly and concisely and write effective reports and emails.
• Expertise in project management methodologies: A good Project Manager should have a deep understanding of project management methodologies including Agile Waterfall and Hybrid and be able to choose and implement the right methodology for the project at hand.
• Strong problemsolving skills: A good Project Manager should be able to identify and solve problems quickly and effectively even in highpressure situations.
• Ability to manage risk: A good Project Manager should be able to identify and mitigate risks associated with the project both proactively and reactively.
• Strong organizational skills: A good Project Manager should be able to manage multiple tasks and priorities create and maintain project plans and schedules and ensure that all team members are working towards the same goals.
• Experience in the industry: A good Project Manager should have experience in the industry in which the project is being executed as well as a deep understanding of the projects objectives and requirements.
• Flexibility and adaptability: A good Project Manager should be able to adapt to changing circumstances and adjust project plans and schedules as necessary.
• Strong stakeholder management skills: A good Project Manager should be able to manage the expectations of all stakeholders including clients team members and senior management.
• Emotional intelligence: A good Project Manager should be able to understand and manage their own emotions as well as those of team members and stakeholders to promote positive team dynamics and project outcomes.
