Job Description

Overview:

The HR/Admin Executive plays a crucial role in managing various HR and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the organization. This position is essential in maintaining employee records coordinating HR activities and providing administrative support to different departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment processes such as screening scheduling interviews and onboarding activities.
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS.
  • Handle administrative tasks including managing office supplies handling correspondence and coordinating office activities.
  • Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
  • Assist in payroll and benefits administration.
  • Conduct orientation programs for new employees.
  • Support in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities.
  • Prepare reports and presentations related to HR and administrative activities.
  • Assist in maintaining a healthy work environment by addressing employee queries and concerns.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or relevant field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS software.
  • Understanding of HR processes and best practices.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Detailoriented with strong problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to dynamic HR and administrative processes.
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws and regulations.

Skill Required: Good Communication and writing must. Good computer knowledge. (Excel MS. Office PowerPoint Mailing). Basic knowledge of HR responsibility. Active and punctual & Sharp Mind.
