Job Description
Position: Architect Qualifications: Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) degree while others offer a Bachelor of Science in Architecture followed by a Master of Architecture (M.Arch) degree.
Experience: 2 to 4 years Location: Mumbai Andheri (West)
Salary: As per industry standards Openings: 02
Working Hours : 6 days a week 10.30 to 7.30
Working Days(Weekly Off) : 1 week off and public holidays
Position: Architect (Design Coordinator)
Experience: 24 years in Mumbai real estate industry
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate design activities among stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Assist in MHADA redevelopment projects
- Support project management and design documentation
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Architecture
- 24 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in design coordination
- Basic understanding of MHADA projects
