The Customer Care role is pivotal to our organizations success in the Mohali region. As a part of the customer care team the role holder will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Their primary focus will be on addressing customer queries resolving complaints and providing exceptional service to enhance the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone email and chat
- Resolving customer complaints in a professional and empathetic manner
- Providing information about products and services to customers
- Handling and resolving customer issues and escalating when necessary
- Processing orders forms applications and requests
- Maintaining customer records by updating account information
- Implementing customer retention strategies
- Collaborating with other teams to ensure seamless customer experience
- Identifying and assessing customers needs to achieve satisfaction
- Following communication procedures guidelines and policies
- Monitoring feedback and resolving any issues to improve customer satisfaction
- Keeping records of customer interactions transactions comments and complaints
- Generating reports on overall customer satisfaction
- Assisting in training and coaching other customer care representatives
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proven work experience in a customer care role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
