Job Description:

As an Embedded Software Engineer at Microdata Due youll drive the design development and testing of cuttingedge fire alarm devices and panels. Join our international team and contribute to worldclass products. Key responsibilities include:

• Coding in C/C#.
• Proficiency in software development tools and version control systems (GIT).
• Strong knowledge of Linux embedded systems.
• Contribution to firmware architecture and development.
• Preparation of technical documentation.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Applied Computer Science Electronics Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in endtoend development.
• Expertise in C/C coding for embedded firmware.
• Deep understanding of embedded architecture concepts.
• Proficiency in version control (GIT) and communication protocols.
• Excellent teamwork skills and fluency in English.

Preferences:

• Understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Ability to develop testing tools in C# or Python.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript/Typescript.
• Familiarity with relational databases and SQL.
• Experience with laboratory instruments.
• Familiarity with functional safety standards (EN54).
