Dutch Sales Support

For one of the biggest companies in communication we are searchinf for a Sales Support advisor.

As a Sales Support advisor you will be in charge of collecting and verifying all the necessary legal documentation from merchants during the boarding process. You will take ownership of the boarding making sure the process runs smoothly and a timely followup is done towards the merchant.

Tasks

• Partnering with our client who is responsible for ensuring secure ecom transactions as a payment provider.
• Helping customers out with their onboarding process by requesting all the required legal documentation/ information in order to become a compliant merchant.
• Performing a meticulous scanning process of the provided documentation in order to prevent fraud money laundering deception or any antimoney laundering or criminal activity from happening on their websites.
• Communicating with merchants via email outbound phone calls and other internal departments within

Requirements

• Excellent level of Dutch language
• Working proficiency in English
• Customerfriendly problemsolving and organized work approach.
• Excellent computer skills including proficiency in working with multiple customer systems.
• Enjoying helping people and handling situations where patience and customer focus are key is important
