Do you have a keen interest in project management plus two years experience in 2D animated series Youre known for your ability to prioritize manage large volumes of simultaneous tasks and meet deadlines. Weve got the job for you!
You will be working with production teams to ensure that the project runs smoothly while reporting to the Production Manager.
Specifically you will be required to :
- Track assets across all departments on the asset management system
- Send out weekly department schedules
- Manage daily asset & scene status and compiles/sends shot quota trackers
- Assist in trouble shooting across the pipeline and workflow issues
- Weekly checkin with departments. (In conjunction with Producer & PM)
- Prep storyboard & funpack launches
- Assists with onboarding new crew
- etc.
Profil
Do you have a keen interest in 2D animation and at least two years experience in the industry If youre recognized for your project management and communication skills wed like to meet you.
This position requires being fluent in English and an understanding of French is a plus as you will be in contact with colleagues and partners in Quebec.
