Job Description

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for network infrastructure including routers switches firewalls and wireless access points.
  • Monitor network performance and proactively identify and resolve issues to ensure optimal uptime and reliability.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to diagnose and resolve complex network problems.
  • Configure and maintain network devices and services including VLANs routing protocols and VPNs.
  • Implement security best practices to safeguard network assets and data from unauthorized access and cyber threats.
  • Document network configurations procedures and troubleshooting steps for knowledge sharing and reference purposes.
  • Participate in the planning and implementation of network upgrades expansions and migrations.


Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
  • Proven experience in network support and administration preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting Cisco Juniper or other enterprisegrade networking equipment.
  • Solid understanding of TCP/IP networking principles including subnetting routing and switching.
  • Handson experience with network monitoring and management tools such as SolarWinds Nagios or PRTG.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Industry certifications such as CCNA CCNP or JNCIA are a plus.

Proven customer support experience of 6 months+ in an inbound customer care process and willing to work in 24/7 environment (Work from office) 4. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Pleasant, professional, and courteous personality skills 5. Strong phone contact, handling & Sales skills and active listening 6. Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters 7. Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively 8. Identifying, escalating priority issues and reporting to the high-level management
