Title: Training and Performance Support Location: Overland Park KS Duration: Long Term Contract Job Description: Update from project Utility experienced required. Responsibilities: As a Training and Performance Support Lead you will be responsible for designing and implementing effective training programs to enhance employee performance. Your daytoday activities will involve analyzing training needs developing training strategies and collaborating with crossfunctional teams to ensure successful implementation. Analyze training needs and develop customized training programs leveraging advanced Training and Performance Support skills. Design and implement effective learning strategies and training programs including InstructorLed Training (ILT) and Training of Trainers (TOT). Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration of training programs. Provide expert guidance and support to project teams throughout the implementation lifecycle. Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to optimize the performance of training . In addition the following will include but not limited:
Conduct training assessment and support with curriculum development
Collaborate with OCM and other workstreams to ensure success implementation.
Execute training delivery.
Basic knowledge of Agile metrologies
Be detailed oriented.
Work with offshore team members and have flexibility with time zones.
Be detail oriented flexible proactive and multitask to quickly adapt to changing client priorities and respond to ad hoc requests.
Balance a variety of assignments and independently manage time and resources to deliver quality work by established deadlines.
Musthave skill: ADAM experience (nice to have)
What type of education is needed for this position: Bachelors degree or higher

Remote/In Office/Hybrid (office/remote): Remote and on site when needed.
Does the resource have to be Local: Ideality this candidate should be in Kansas City KS but needs to be in the area as they will occasionally travel to Kansas City KS and its neighbor cities.
