Title: F5 Engineer

Location: Remote

Durations: (20hrs/ Week)

Rate: $60$65/hr on W2

We are looking for an experienced F5 Engineer with expertise in iRules SSLO (SSL Orchestrator) and proxy technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining F5 solutions to ensure the security performance and reliability of our network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain iRules to customize traffic behavior enhance security and optimize application delivery.

Configure and manage F5 SSL Orchestrator (SSLO) to streamline SSL/TLS decryption and encryption processes.

Implement and manage F5 Proxy solutions to enhance security performance and scalability for web applications.

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements design solutions and troubleshoot issues related to F5 technologies.

Perform regular system monitoring tuning and optimization to ensure the performance and availability of F5 infrastructure.

Develop and maintain documentation including design documents configuration guides and operational procedures.

Stay uptodate with industry trends best practices and emerging technologies related to F5 and network security.

Design deploy and manage F5 BIGIP solutions including Local Traffic Manager (LTM) Global Traffic Manager (GTM) and Application Security Manager (ASM).

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Minimum of eight years of experience working as an F5 Engineer.

Strong experience with iRules scripting language for traffic manipulation and application delivery optimization.

Handson experience with F5 SSL Orchestrator (SSLO) for SSL/TLS decryption and encryption management.

Solid understanding of proxy technologies and their application in securing and optimizing web traffic.

Proficiency in configuring and managing F5 BIGIP LTM GTM ASM and other modules.

Familiarity with network protocols routing switching and security concepts.

Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with a keen attention to detail.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Experience with Inspection Zones a plus.
