Job Title: Peoplesoft Proposal Management Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Peoplesoft Proposal Management Specialist to oversee our proposal development process . In this role you will utilize Peoplesoft software to manage the endtoend proposal process ensuring alignment with client requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with sales marketing and technical teams to gather information for proposal development.
• Utilize Peoplesoft Proposal Management software for proposal creation editing and management.
• Coordinate proposal reviews and revisions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain an uptodate proposal content library with relevant information.
• Customize Peoplesoft Proposal Management modules to align with organizational processes.
• Provide training and support to team members on the effective use of Peoplesoft Proposal Management tools.
• Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in proposal management.
• Assist in developing templates guidelines and standard operating procedures for proposal management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field.
• Proficiency in Peoplesoft Proposal Management modules such as Proposal Planning Tracking and Submission.
• Strong project management skills capable of prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• Detailoriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy.
• Experience in configuring and customizing Peoplesoft applications is beneficial.
• Certification in Peoplesoft Proposal Management is a plus.
