Title: PeopleSoft Service Automation Specialist
Location: remote
Were actively seeking a Remote PeopleSoft Service Automation Specialist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure and maintain the PeopleSoft Service Automation module to streamline service delivery processes including incident management problem resolution and service request fulfillment.
Collaborate with stakeholders remotely to gather requirements and translate them into system configurations and workflows within the PeopleSoft environment.
Develop and implement service automation strategies and policies remotely to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
Design and deploy service automation reports dashboards and analytics to monitor performance metrics and identify areas for improvement all while working from a remote location.
Customize and extend standard PeopleSoft Service Automation functionalities remotely to meet specific business needs and industry standards.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the Service Automation module through regular remote audits and reconciliation checks.
Provide remote training and support to endusers on Service Automation processes system functionality and best practices.
Stay informed about the latest features enhancements and patches related to PeopleSoft Service Automation to leverage new capabilities and optimize system performance all while working remotely.
Requirements:
Proficiency in PeopleSoft applications with a focus on the Service Automation module demonstrated through remote work experience.
Solid understanding of service management principles including incident problem and change management processes with remote collaboration skills.
Handson experience in configuring and managing the PeopleSoft Service Automation module remotely including setup configuration and customization.
Knowledge of industry best practices and standards related to service management such as ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) with the ability to apply them remotely.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret service data and metrics remotely to drive continuous improvement.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with remote stakeholders across various levels of the organization.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple initiatives remotely in a dynamic environment.
Bachelors degree in information technology computer science or a related field.
