Job Purpose

To assist in preparing monthly accounting reports and cost analysis and gain experience with MC Frame.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Assist in preparing the monthly P&L
2. Assist in monthly departmental expense report
3. Assist in MC Frame for cost calculations
4. Assist in analysis of P&L and actual cost variances
5. Review and check production logs
6. Perform other duties as assigned by the Accounting Manager

Preferred Qualifications

1. Four (4) year degree in accounting
2. Strong math skills
3. Basic understanding and knowledge of P&Ls
4. Basic computer skills
5. Basic knowledge of cost accounting
6. Must have good written and verbal communication skills
7. Have the ability to analyze and solve problems
8. Willingness to learn and continually ask why
9. Reliable transportation and valid drivers license

Working Conditions/Physical Demands

This position works in an office environment but may require the ability to move around the facility. Some overtime may be required to ensure reports are completed by deadlines.
