Aeronautical navigation charts are often called Jepp charts or simply Jepps by pilots due to the charts popularity.

Job Description:
Position Responsibilities:
- Develops and maintain a prioritized backlog of user stories and acceptance criteria for the product team.
- Collaborates with Sales Directors Marketers Service leaders and the product team to identify concerns and potential issues included new approaches to meet the business and customer needs.
- Drafts key objectives and results that apply to CRM to make better roadmap decisions.
- Possess a fundamental understanding of endtoend customer experience within a SaaS company and CRM strategies.
- Acts as a point of escalation for issues or challenges encountered by CRM end users. Capable of effectively communicating and deescalating issues with impacted parties.
Assists in testing including UAT coordination for new feature releases. - Analyses regular metrics key results and outcomes to identify new capabilities or improvement areas for the CRM.
- Demonstrates the Boeing Behaviours in a deliberate and observable way.
Required skills/qualifications:
- Prior SaaS product or market experience required.
- 35 years of SF or similar CRM
Preferred skills/qualifications:
- Salesforce Business Analyst certificate a plus.
